Here at Glamorgan Brewing Company, customer satisfaction is our top priority, however, we understand that there may be some situations where you wish to return your order.
To start the returns process please email us in the first instance. Please include your email address and order number along with the reason for the return request. If the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect please attach photographs of this to the email.
DAMAGED, FAULTY AND INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect you have a legal right to return the item or request a replacement. If you wish to return the item or request a replacement you will need to contact us to provide your order number and photographs of the damage, fault or incorrect item. You have 30 days from the date of delivery in which to contact us to request a return or replacement.
If you have requested a replacement, we will use our best efforts to complete the replacement as soon as possible and with the least inconvenience to you.
If you have returned the item because they are damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will refund the price of the items in full.
Further advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
If you change your mind about your order you have a legal right to cancel, up to 14 days from receiving delivery of the items.
This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep an item, you can notify us of your decision to cancel your order in writing and receive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Please email us within the 14 day period, stating your email address and order number. We will then contact you to confirm the return process and request you return the items to Glamorgan Brewing Company, Unit B Llantrisant Business Park, Llantrisant, CF72 8LF.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
