Lager is known as a simple, straightforward beer style. Brewing it, however, is anything but! Each batch requires a four week fermentation period and the liquid must be kept exceptionally cold throughout.
It’s hard work but, with a cold pint at the end, well worth it.
Hops: Saaz and Brewers Gold
Dry, drinkable and crisp, the balanced hop profile is supported by a gently biscuity malt backbone which fades to a refreshingly crisp finish.
