Our Head brewer Jamie Jones and his assistant Jarred Evans have just returned from a trip to China, where they sourced, inspected and tested two brand new, custom 60 barrel fermenting vessels.
The new kit will dramatically increase our capacity, allowing us to expand volume on our core range which is growing to include a very exciting new brew. We’re keeping the smaller vessels and have plans for some small batch experimental beers in keg, cask and bottle.
The new vessels are now floating on the water, making their way slowly towards our corner of South Wales. We’ll be filling them with something a lot more interesting than water when they arrive!
