Our Beer

We brew Welsh beer.

Whether in keg or cask, designed for sipping or the session – all our beers are informed and inspired by the people and the places around us.

It’s a pretty diverse range. Some are brewed year round and others pop up for a month or two.

They’re all delicious, and they’re definitely all Welsh. After all, It’s Where We’re From.

Smooth

Kegged with Nitrogen & CO2

Welsh Lager

A true Welsh original

Lager is known as a simple, straightforward beer style but brewing it is bloody hard! Each batch requires a four-week fermentation period and the beer has got to be kept really cold throughout. Worth it though…

WELSH CAKE STOUT

A new take on cake

Inspired by one of our favourite treats we decided to experiment by adding a mix of oats and raisins to a brew. The result is a rich, dark, and chewy stout with a slightly sweet vinous character, alongside the biscuity effect of oats and barley. Every sip reminds us of fresh Welsh Cakes, straight from the griddle.
